Plaintiffs: Roger Lewis, gent.
Defendants: William Jeffereyes, esq, JP, Francis Barratt his servant, Jane Doughty and John Jones, yeoman.
Subject: Failure to arrest Edmund Jeffereyes and Richard Jeffereyes, sons of the said William Jeffereyes, at Ham Castle for the murder of Thomas Lewis at Martley, procuring their escape and forgery of a recognizance in their names.
