Plaintiffs: Henry Longe, third son of Anthony Longe, gent and of Alice Longe his wife, deceased.
Defendants: Robert Longe, son and heir of William Longe, eldest brother of plaintiff Henry Longe, Richard Longe younger brother of said plaintiff, Richard Vawdry, gent, Thomas Holmes, gent, servant to a great person since deceased, Richard Draper, and others.
Subject: Forgery of a conveyance in the name of the said Alice Longe of the manor-house of Ashley with appurtenances in Ditchridge, Box, Middlehill, Netherhill, Rudloe in Box and Haselbury, and messuage, and lands in Walcot, Holloway and Bath, maintenance of Chancery suits, and perjury.
