Plaintiffs: Richard Leighe of Beguley, son and heir of Edward Leighe.
Defendants: John Gobert, esq of Coventry, George Hurdman [Hardman] late of Stopford merchant, Richard Brunte, Christopher Corey, Henry Tadlowe, Francis Burton, Fishe Wells and Jonathan Bankes, sheriff of Coventry.
Subject: Procuring forfeiture of a mortgage of the manor of Levenshulme, and seizure of money at Coventry.
Cheshire, Warwickshire.
