Short title: Levens v Yorke.

Plaintiffs: Humphrey Levens, gent.

Defendants: George Yorke son of Thomas Yorke, gent of Brackley, deceased, Thomas Chamberlain of Stretton Audley, gent, John Ashbye alias John Bugbye, John Hobbes, William Dwyte alias William Wilkins, John Toye, and others.

Subject: Forcible entry and cutting and carrying corn at Astwick in Everley, and assault on plaintiff Humphrey Levens's servants.
