Plaintiffs: Anthony Lapthorne, rector of Minchinhampton.
Defendants: Richard Fowler of Stroud, Clothier, Henry Fowler his son, Richard Trotman, gent, under-sheriff, Thomas Tulley his clerk, Richard Pinfold, gent, Giles Wheeler, George Dumble, John Ilshawe, [Elchard], Robert Preame, and others.
Subject: Presentation of the said Henry Fowler to the said rectory through unqualified, forgery of a licence to preach, forcible ouster from the said parsonage, and resistance to a writ of restitution.
