Plaintiffs: Richard Keynell of Blandford Forum, son of John Keynell of Tarrant Keynston, deceased.
Defendants: Margaret Keynell late the wife of the said John Keynell, Thomas Thorne, constable of the hundred, John Hellyer, tithing-man John Sawter, Henry Arnold under-sheriff, Theophilus Rickman, and others.
Subject: Forcible entry on a wood, part of Keynston Farm, assaults there and at Winterborne Stickland, waste of the said John Keynall's goods, imprisonment, attempted seizure of sheep bought of the said John Keynall's executors, etc.
