Subject: Collusive action on a bond given by plaintiff Anthony Kinnersley, forgery of a capias thereon, imprisonment in the house of the chief bailiff in High Holborn, and other malpractices, and persuading said plaintiff's tenants in the manor of Loxley to take no new leases of him.
