Defendants: Anne Kympton, late the wife of the said William Kympton, James Kympton his son, John Scurfyeld of Hertingfordbury, clerk, and others.
Subject: Forgery of a will in the name of the said William Kympton, disposing of lands. One of the said William Kympton's grandsons is named Frederick.
