Description

Short title: Keate v Keate.

Plaintiffs: John Keate, gent.

Defendants: Edward Keate, gent of East Lockinge, his uncle, Francis Keate his son, Thomas Pomfrey his servant, Thomas Hedges, gent and Thomas Doc, gent of the Middle Temple.

Subject: Challenges, assault on plaintiff John Keate's son destruction of hedges and other damage at West Lockinge, cutting his seat in church in the fashion of a mousetrap, so that he might fall down when he sat on it, assault between Brentford and London, etc.

Berkshire, Middlesex.
