Description

Short title: Humfrey v Vaughan.

Plaintiffs: Moris ap Humfrey of Myfod, tanner.

Defendants: John Vaughan gent, high constable of the hundred of Pool, Barbara Vaughan late the wife of Richard Herbert, Robert David, William Harbert gent, all of Myfod [Meifod], and others.

Subject: Perjury in the Court of Wards on a claim of dower in a messuage in Peniarth demised to plaintiff Moris ap Humfrey by the said Richard Herbert, forcible entry thereon, driving of cattle, and violence.

Montgomeryshire, Wales.
