Short title: Handcox v Nicholls.
Plaintiffs: George Handcox gent of the Hyde, guardian of a son of William Rees, deceased.
Defendants: Charles Nicholls, Owen Ashe gent, Richard Grubb, Thomas Pingle, messenger to the Council of the Marches, Edmund Makeam, John Atkins of Ludlow, William Barrowe, Walter Cowarne, John Rees, John Howe, and others.
Subject: Destruction of deeds relating to the inheritance of the said Ward in the lordship of Wilton in Bridstow, entries thereon and in lands of plaintiff George Handcox, damage, misconduct of the said Thomas Pingle in office, extortions by the said John Atkins by names of information before the Council of the Marches, etc.
