Description

Short title: Higgons v Latche.

Plaintiffs: Stephen Higgons, citizen and grocer of London.

Defendants: John Latche gent, Dorothy Latche his wife, late the wife of Sir John Jeninges kt, John Lorkin (Larkin) clerk, Elizabeth Orpe late the wife of Peter Orpe (Arpe), Alexander Collins of St Clement's haberdasher, constable of the Savoy, Jeremy Bilby, Griffin Robinson gent, Thomas Hill, Gabriel Webb, William Waverley, and others.

Subject: Forcible interruption of building on a wall of the said Dorothy Latche near the Savoy, she having agreed with plaintiff Strephen Higgons for rights of light; perjury in order to obtain a warrant of the peace, and damage to the said buildings.
