Description

Short title: Fleetwood v Fust.

Plaintiffs: Henry Fleetwood esq of Grays Inn.

Defendants: Richard Fust of London, grocer, Edward Fust gent of London, his brother, Bartholomew Hesketh and Francis Martin his servants and Richard Smallowood of London, grocer.

Subject: False imprisonment in the first named defendant Richard Fust's house in St Clement's Lane to compel reversal of a bargain for the manor of Hill and conveyance of the manor of Weston-sub-Edge, and embezzlement of deeds concerning the manor and castle of Beverston.
