Short title: Ersfield v Byshe.

Plaintiffs: Sir Thomas Ersfield kt.

Defendants: John Byshe gent, Henry Valentyne his son-in-law and William Bates his servant.

Subject: Breaking down plaintiff's pew in the church of Worth, to which he had invited the said John Byshe's wife to allure her to come oftener to divine service.
