Defendants: Sir Williams Morris or Maurice kt, JP, Deputy Lieutenant, John Wynne Morris his brother, Ellis Brynkir gent, John Lake his steward, Margaret Lake, his wife, Morris Jones deputy-sheriff of Caernarvonshire, Hugh Roberts, and others, a jury, Thomas ap Rees, Owen John, Mary Lewis, and others.
Subject: Refusal of evidence concerning the bounds of plaintiff's lands in Gest, perjury concerning the same and in a suit for lands in Bron y Gadair and Ynys Cyn Haiarn (described as in Gest), tampering with said plaintiff's witnesses, embezzlement of taxes, attempt to discover a thief by sorcery, cutting and carrying of hay on land of Robert owen called Bryn y Gynney, forcible ouster of Cadwalader ap Richard from land in Penywedd, etc.
