Defendants: George Burdett esq, Edward Ogden gent, Burdet Thwaytes, Richard Pyman, Robert Marshall, Grace Marshall, and others.
Subject: Forcible ouster from a messuage and land in the said George Burdett's manor of [Derby ?] in contempt of a judgment in the Common Pleas, assaults, forgery of a release and perjury before the Council of the North.
