Short title: Elles v Hall.
Plaintiffs: Thomas Ellis gent, deputy to Thomas Elles of Hertingfordbury, Hertfordshire, former of the said manor.
Defendants: Sir William Hall kt, Elias Saundersone, Thomas Ellis, and James Martyn gent of Ashford.
Subject: Destruction of a ditch made to sever plaintiff Thomas Ellis's portion of a pasture in Kennington, and suits against said plaintiff's tenant.
