Plaintiffs: Thomas Ellis gent, deputy to Thomas Elles of Hertingfordbury, Hertfordshire, former of the said manor.
Defendants: Sir William Hall kt, Edward Kempe, Isaac Bodkin, Thomas Homesbye, Francis Kele, William Hall, and others.
Subject: Destruction of a ditch made to sever plaintiff Thomas Ellis's portion of a pasture in Kennington, and suits against said plaintiff's tenant.
Kent.
Note: demurrer that plaintiff is outlawed, see STAC 8/136/9 and 11.
