Plaintiffs: Stephen Edwards gent of Malpas, late the husband of Elizabeth Edwards, formerly the wife of John Macefen and administratrix of his goods.
Defendants: Thomas Duncalfe, John Duncalfe his son, Randal Webster, Richard Webster, William Jackson and Roger Broe.
Subject: Forcible entry at Bradley and seizure of goods late of the said Elizabeth Edwards.
Cheshire.
