Plaintiffs: William Evans, yeoman, an executor of Henry Morgan gent.
Defendants: Walter Rumsey esq, Henry Rumsey gent, portreeve of Usk, and others, debtors of the said Henry Morgan.
Subject: Forcible ouster from the said Henry Morgan's house at Usk, seizure of goods, extortion, obtaining latters of administration by perjury, maintenance, etc.
