Defendants: Sir Henry Cholmeley kt, Sir Richard Cholmeley kt, Henry Cholmeley and John Dutton, sons of the latter Sir Richard Cholmeley and Henry Dutton, nephews of the former Francis Johnson, John Nycholson, and others, servants of the said Sir Henry Cholmeley, Roger Watson, servant of the said Sir Richard Cholmeley, Ralph Herd, under-keeper of the said Blansby Park, and others.
