Plaintiffs: Elizabeth Every, executrix and late the wife of John Every gent.
Defendants: John Dormer gent, John Hampton clerk, Henry Greene, Margaret Greene his wife, John Horne, Ann Feakly, and others.
Subject: Obtaining by perjury a licence for the said John Dormer to marry Elizabeth Every daughter of plaintiff Elizabeth Every, kidnapping the said daughter from the said Margaret Greene's house, and marriage against her will at St Peter's, Oxford.
