Plaintiffs: Thomas Ellis of Exeter, tailor and Ayice Ellis his wife, niece and administratrix of the goods of Philips Whitrowe, deceased.
Defendants: Peter Cove of Heavitree, yeoman and Henry Mortimer of Rew, yeoman.
Subject: Perjury at Exeter assizes as to a debt of the said Peter Cove and of William Mortimer of Stoke Canon, yeoman.
