Plaintiffs: William Evans alias William ap Jevan, an infant, by Lewis Gryffyth his guardian.
Defendants: Joan Hughes late the wife of Grifith Hughes esq of Westminister, serjeant of the ewry and plaintiff's uncle, Edward Hughes and Thomas Hughes, brothers of the said Griffith Hughes, William Swettenham, scrivener, Roger Wright gent, and others.
Subject: Suppression of a will whereby the said Griffith Hughes bequeathed his lands in Yskeifiog to plaintiff William Evans in fee tail, forgery of a will in his name in favour of the said Joan Hughes, and perjury in support therof, and in a trial of the legitimacy of Griffith Hughes, and on other occasions.
