Plaintiffs: Thomas Eyre, son of Royland Eyre gent of Hassop and Elizabeth Eyre his wife, late the wife of Robert Sitwell.
Defendants: Thomas Alsop gent of Chesterfield, attorney-at-law, Robert Alsop his brother, Robert Nicolls gent, under-sheriff, the said William Whitterance, George Andrew and Richard Prowdlove, and others.
Subject: Subornation of perjury in an action on a forged bond in the name of Elizabeth Eyre, distress of plaintiff's cattle at Hassop on a judgment thereon, seizure of goods on pretext of search for seminary priests, etc.
