Plaintiffs: Thomas Eyre gent of Hassop, son of Rowland Eyre esq.
Defendants: William Graves, vicar of Tidewell, Adam Slacke, yeoman, John Slacke his brother, Lawrence Tryckett, Richard Ashemore and Jane Brigges.
Subject: Embezzlement of money and deeds belonging to the grammar school of Tideswell, sale of woods belonging to the same, alteration of the statutes, and carrying away hay from lands thereof in Tideswell and Weston demised to plaintiff Thomas Eyre.
