Plaintiffs: George Everarde gent of Carhamption.
Defendants: John Smyth, husband, Joseph Smyth his son, Jacob Baker, Thomas Hurford, William Cottell and John Burrows.
Subject: Perjury in an action for forcible entry on a tenement in Rodhuish, in dispute between the said Thomas Hurford and Christian Hurford his wife, whose marriage is in question in the ecclesiastical court, Deer-stealing on Exmoor with a 'greyhounde or long dogge', maintenance of divers suits, etc.
