Description

Short title: Ewre v Moyle.

Plaintiffs: Edward Ewre gent.

Defendants: Thomas Moyle esq, John Moyle and Thomas Moyle his sons, Thomas Ledgingham, Emmanuel Vickars alias Emmanuel Joyner, William Gayne-worth (Gaywood, Gaylewood) called the Butler, Ralph Twitchin, and others.

Subject: Prohibition of common of estovers in the first named defendant Thomas Moyle's manor of Bucknell, destruction of the bushes from which it was taken, assault on a tenant of plaintiff Edward Ewre who took such common and seizure of his cart, conversion of tillage into pasture, erecting and building 'connyborowes' [rabbit burrows], perjury in a suit relating thereto, etc.
