Plaintiffs: Edward Eastman, merchant, churchwarden of Barnstaple.
Defendants: John Delbridge, merchant, mayor of Barnstaple, John, Rosier and James Loweman gent, under-sheriff.
Subject: Maintenance of an action without the knowledge of the principal, false imprisonment on a quarrel as to the organs in Barnstaple church, forgery of a petition against moving the same and refusal to levy a rate therefor.
