Defendants: Henry Church, Gregory Church his son, the said Thomas Wythe, Percival Gibbes, John Jolly and Richard Dawtrey, attorney-at-law.
Subject: Collusive forfeiture of a mortgage of the said Elizabeth Edgar's lands, and falsifications of documents in an action for libel.
