Plaintiffs: Lionel Edgar gent of Ipswich, son and heir of John Edgar and Elizabeth Edgar his wife.
Defendants: Thomas Wythe (Wyeth), attorney in the King's Bench, Agnes Church alias Agnes Ivyes of Swefling and John Cazer.
Subject: Forgery of deeds relating to land in Framsden, Pettaugh, Cretingham and Ashfield late of the said Elizabeth Edgar, whom Henry Church persuaded to marry him by hiring conjurors to prophesy to her.
Suffolk.
