Plaintiffs: Humphrey Easte gent of Eardisley and William Williams, yeomen.
Defendants: William Haye gent, Thomas Powell alias Thomas Hay, Hugh Powell, Howell Lloyd, Williams James, John Vaughan alias John Farthingall, Henry Powell, Thomas Whitney, and others.
Subject: Compromises concerning extent of land in Clyro Bettws on a judgment in this court against John Probert, deceased, who sold part thereof to the said Humphrey Easte, against William ap David, father of the other plaintiff William Williams, and others, so as to evade payment of fines to the Crown; assault on a juror who refused to aid therein; perjury as to sums received on the said judgment; unnecessary violence in arrests, etc.
