Plaintiffs: James Clifford esq of Frampton-on-Severn, Gloucestershire, kinsman and heir of Anne Wykes, wife of Nicholas Wykes esq of Dodinton.
Defendants: William Atwell alias William Welles, yeoman, Katherine Atwell his wife, Alice Wilcoxe, wife of Richard Wilcoxe, Anthony Piggott alias Anthony Gwillim, and others.
Subject: Rescue of distress, etc, on manor of Broseley, demised to the said Alice Wilcoxe by the said Nicholas Wykes and Anne Wykes.
