Plaintiffs: Thomas Cotton of St Olave's, Surrey, baker, son of Richard Cotton of Tewkesbury, deceased, and Anne Cotton his wife, daughter of George Pitt of Colwall, Herefordshire.
Defendants: Thomas Parker gent, Thomas Plevy and Sara Plevy his wife (late second wife of the said Richard Cotton and daughter of said Thomas Parker).
Subject: Falsification of a feoffment of a messuage in Oldbury Street and a garden by the Long Bridge, both in Tewkesbury, and forcible entry in pursuance thereof.

Note: demurrer to insufficiency, especially to lack of date of the offences.
