Plaintiffs: Richard Carwardyne the elder and Richard Carwardyne the younger, yeomen.
Defendants: Sir Richard Hopton kt, late sheriff, Thomas Pytchard and Edward Wheeler his servants, Thomas Manne and James Pytchard, under-sheriffs, George Smyth gent of Hereford, attorney in the Common Pleas, Roger Iston clerk, Robert Hodges, bailiff of Radlow hundred, John Agodsall, and others.
Subject: Arrest and distress at the Free Town in Stoke Edith under forged writ of fieri facias, seizures of horses and straw there, etc.
Herefordshire.
