Defendants: William Coggan clerk, son of said Julian Coggan, Ann Coggan his wife, George Southwood, and others.
Subject: Refusal to maintain plaintiffs, Julian Coggan and Margery Coggan, as promised in return for surrender of their claims on the goods of the said Austin Coggan and the avowson of Cheldon, and forcible entry and seizure of goods at Cheldon.
