Plaintiffs: Walter Cowley gent of St Andrew's, Holborn clerk to Martin Bassill esq, examiner in Chancery.
Defendants: Richard Berresford, Anne Beresford his wife, Mabel Cowley her mother and Samuel Cowley her brother.
Subject: Libel in a letter to the father of plaintiff Walter Cowley, being charged of perjury in a suit in Arches by Humphrey Harris gent of London, for a pre-contract of marriage; and perjury in an action by plaintiff on trial in the King's Bench upon delivery of record out of Chancery upon privilege in the latter court.
