Short title: Colson v Thorneley.

Plaintiffs: William Colson, yeoman.

Defendants: Richard Thorneley, Elizabeth Thorneley, Thomas Butcher, Richard Granna, Richard Chapman clerk, Edward Godley, Humphrey Butcher, and others.

Subject: Forcible ouster from part of a tenement in Clowne held of the manor of Bolsover, seizure of hay, assaults on the wife and daughter of plaintiff William Colson, false imprisonment of his son, etc.
