Defendants: Sir Thomas Earsfield (Eversfielde) kt, JP, and John Saxby (Saxpes) and Zachery Browne his servants.
Subject: Seizure of posts and rails from land of plaintiff William Cooe, assault at Horsham market and assault at the house of Sir Thomas Earsfield with a 'greate mankynde dogge', arising out of a charge of poaching against one of servants of Sir Thomas Earlsfield.
