Description

Short title: Champneis v Wallis.

Plaintiffs: John Champneis esq.

Defendants: Richard Wallis of Lullington, clothman, Anne Wallis his wife, John Wallis and Thomas Wallis his sons, Thomas Creswell, William Bigood, and others, all his servants, Thomas Long esq of Beckington, a lunatic, Joan Beckington his wife and committee, William Beckington his son, and others.

Subject: Affray in Lullington church concerning a pew and felling of trees on pasture held by the said Thomas Long in plaintiff John Champeis's manor at Orchardleigh and adjoining the land of said Robert Wallis at Lullington.

Somerset.
