Defendants: Sir Thomas Coningsby kt of Hampton, JP, Deputy Lieutenant, Fitzwilliam Coningsby his son and heir apparent, Elizabeth Baskerville his daughter, wife of Sir Humphrey Baskerville kt, Charles Bedford, William Bedford, Anthony Munchorne alias Anthony Blackmore, and others.
Subject: Rescue of Walter Bedford, a servant of Sir Thomas Coningsby, at Dinmore Hill, being arrested on a suit for a tenement in the manor of Irvington.
