Defendants: John Blaunchard, Thomas Hambleton, vicar of Timberland, William Bighton, constable of Marton, Robert Dawson alias Robert Whelpdale, David Cave, and others.
Subject: Assault and seizure of tithe hay in Morton, the tithe being leased to plaintiff Thomas Browne and formerly to the said John Blaunchard, maintenance of the suits concerning the same, etc.
