Description

Short title: Blawthwayte v Lamplughe.

Plaintiffs: John Blawthwayte, John Boroskell, William Fell, John Carter, and others, husbandmen of Blinderake.

Defendants: Sir Thomas Lamplughe kt, late sheriff, Cuthbert Orfure his deputy, Attorney in the King's Bench, Anthony Hodgson and John Hodgson.

Subject: Unreasonable violence in arresting the said William Fell at Blinderake and false charges of rescue and riot.

Cumberland.
