Defendants: Thomas Damsell of Cirencester, yeoman, Thomas Hall of Newent, John Bower and William Greene of Newent, butchers, and others.
Subject: Embezzlement of money paid to the said John Bower and William Greene to pay a judgment debt to the said Thomas Damsell, thus procuring forfeiture of a bond; and damage in executing a writ of elegit thereon at Redmarley D'Abitot.
