Plaintiffs: John Bruton of Southwark and Frances Bruton his wife.
Defendants: Sir William Bamfield kt, Anne Bamfield his wife, late the wife of Philip Bodenham esq, Sir John Brooke kt, Simon Foxe, doctor of physic and Edward Kirton.
Subject: Obtaining various deeds from Henry Bodenham, son of said Philip Bodenham and son-in-law of plaintiffs John Bruton and Frances Bruton, when not of sound mind, concerning the manor of Ebbesborne Wake and messuages, lands, rents and tithes there and in Kingston Deverell, Broad Chalke, Gyardstone, Fuggleston, Quidhampton, Bemerton and Wilton and placing him in confinement apart from his wife.
