Description

Short title: Bouer v Puckle.

Plaintiffs: Richard Bouer, citizen and haberdasher of London.

Defendants: Gabriel Puckle gent of London, Thomas Morley, citizen and wood monger of London, his brother-in-law, Thomas Williams and Ralph Ashby, servants of said Thomas Morley, John Middleton, sheriff, John Nye, under-sheriff, Edward Thurland, under-sheriff's deputy, William Tye and William Wyngrave, servants of plaintiff Richard Bouer, and others.

Subject: Collusive sale of a leasehold messuage and land in Peckham and Camberwell seized for debt.
