Defendants: Sir Francis Clare kt of Caldwell, JP, George Gigger and Edward Etckensall his servant, William Cantrell, yeoman, William Gough of Kidderminster, yeoman, Leassure Gwilliams, Walter Uffmore, John Hopkins, Daniel Agburrough, and others.
Subject: Repeated forcible entries and assaults on plaintiff, Humphrey Brasier and on his servants, seizure of horses, turning in swine, etc, in the park of Bewdley, whereof said plaintiff bought the herbage for himself and his fellow townsmen to let to the President of the Council of the Marches when officially residing there.
