Plaintiffs: George Biddulph gent alias George Biddul (Beadle) of Hamstall Ridware, Staffordshire.
Defendants: Frances Commander late the wife of William Commander of Norton Lindasay, William Porthouse, Hercules Porthouse his brother, and others.
Subject: Procuring the signature of the said William Commander to an antedated devise of his property in prejudice of his granddaughters one of whom is married to plaintiff, George Biddulph, forgery of a deed explanatory thereof, and perjury in an action concerning land in Tachbrook.
