Defendants: Henry Ewbanckes of Haughton, Durham clerk, JP, sub-dean of Durham, etc and Leza Wallis and Cuthbert Rawdon, his servants.
Subject: assaults when plaintiff, William Belt, was holding an inquisition post mortem on Sir Mauger Vavasour kt, at Ferrybridge.
