Short title: Browne v Speccott.

Plaintiffs: Sir Thomas Browne kt of Brownes.

Defendants: Sir John Speccott kt, JP, Benedick Browninge, curate of Pancrasweek, John Upright, constable, Philip Upright his son, and others.

Subject: Report of charges against the said Sir John Specott made to Privy Council by John Chewner, churchwarden of Pancrasweek, referred to plaintiff Sir Thomas Browne, and others by the county bench, partly relating to the conduct of service in church.
